- Our Standard Delivery time is 5-7 working days.
- For Khun Fabric products which are customized / made to order, the delivery time is 10-15 days.
- Orders will be shipped Monday through Saturday only, and no shipments will be processed on Sundays.

Return & Exchange

- We don’t refund or accept returns/replacement/exchange in any case.
- In case the product is Fully damaged during shipping/ received wrong product, we expect the proof of the damage to be informed us within 48 hours of delivery time.
- For Exchange/Replacement request approval Opening Video is compulsory (start to end without pause & cut).
- We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Products sent without consent from us will not be considered for replacement.
