• Our Standard Delivery time is 5-7 working days.
• For Khun Fabric products which are customized / made to order, the delivery time is 10-15 days.
• Orders will be shipped Monday through Saturday only, and no shipments will be processed on Sundays.
• Once dispatch we will share Tracking number on Email / what'sapp.

• We don’t refund or accept returns/replacement/exchange in any case.
• In case the product is Fully damaged during shipping/ received wrong product, we expect the proof of the damage to be informed us within 48 hours of delivery time.
• For Exchange/Replacement request approval Opening Video is compulsory (start to end without pause & cut).
• We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Products sent without consent from us will not be considered for replacement.
• Please make sure of confirming the dimensions/color/material of the product with us before purchase in case of any size, color or weight constraints. We will not exchange or refund in such case as well.
