• We don’t refund or accept returns/replacement/exchange in any case.
• In case the product is Fully damaged during shipping/ received wrong product, we expect the proof of the damage to be informed us within 48 hours of delivery time.
• For Exchange/Replacement request approval Opening Video is compulsory (start to end without pause & cut).
• We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Products sent without consent from us will not be considered for replacement.
